Change of Address and Employment


Licensed pharmacists, registered technicians, and interns may submit changes of address, telephone number, or employment online. Note: Non-licensed employers can not be added to employment information and is not required to be reported to the board.

A new system implemented in June 2011 allows users to “register for a secure online account” to access license/registration information.

Pharmacies May Not Delete Employment Information Online - Send an email request to:phcyrenewals@tsbp.state.tx.us.
Allow 10 business days for TSBP’s records to be updated.
